This Saturday the SEquads series will make it's final stop of the 2006 season,as we return to Crossbones Mx,located just south of Birmingham,in Billingsley Alabama.The track surface is made up of sand and clay.The track has a wide variety of obsticals,such as rytheme sections,doubles,and woops.The owner of Crossbones always does a great job preparing the track for the SEquad races,so lets show our appreciation by having a great turnout.

The SEquads series continues this weekend as we travel to Double X motorcross park in Clanton Alabama.This track has become a favorite among many of our riders.The track utilizes alot of natural terain with fun uphill and downhill sections.The track also features some high speed jumps such as a sixpack,60ft double, and 105ft triple.We are coming off a great Race at Bremen so lets carry this momentum to Double X and make this race a sucsess.

The SEquads series will be at Bremen mx on November 4th.This will be our second race at this track for 2006.The track surface is made up of Georgia red clay,sand,and sawdust.It is probably some of the best dirt you will ever race on.The track has a perfect mix of motorcross and supercross sections.The motorcross sections of the track are wide and have long high speed straight aways with ski jumps. The supercross section of the track has some challengeing jumps, such as the 90ft table top that Bremen is known for,usually only the bravest riders will attempt this jump on a quad.There are also several doubles and step up jumps.

The SeQuads series heads south to Monster Mountian on September,30. The track truley lives up to its name with lap time of 2 minutes and 30 seconds it really is a monster.The track surface is made up of clay and sand.There are some great elevation changes and a wide variety of jumps for all skill levels.This is Alabama's premier motorcross track.As most of you know our series is in trouble due to low rider turnout,without your help we could loose our series.We need every sequad member to come out and make this a record breaking race.This will insure us a series to race in for 2007.

The SeQuads series will visit Chandler Mountian on August 19. This will be the second race of the year at this facility. The track is about 1 mile in length. The soil is made up of a sandy,clay mix.The track has plenty of obsticals including doubles,triples,and woop sections.We need a good turnout this weekend,so call all of your riding buddies and tell them to come out and race with us.There have been a few people voice concerns about the track being dangerous but we have talk to the track owner about fixing the jumps that are not quad friendly and he told us they would be changed before the race.

The SeQuads series will be back in action on August, 5 as we begin our fall series at Chriscross mx in Eastaboga AL. This is a 1 mile natural terrain motocross track. The surface of the track is made up of black top soil and red clay. Chriscross has a wide variety of doubles and rytheme sections , all of which are quad friendly. This will first time Chriscross has ever held a quad race at there facility. I hope that all of our members will come out and show the owners of Chriscross what quad racing is all about.

The SeQuads series makes its final stop in the spring series this Saturday at Crossbones Mx Park. The track is located south of Birmingham in Billingsley AL. The SeQuads series will return to cloverdale on June ,3 for the second time this year.The track is a supercross style track but the jumps are extremely quad friendly.The track is tight but has multiple lines through the the turns which make for some great racing.The track has a little bit of everything including doubles.table tops ,and woop sections.The crew at Cloverdale really know how to prepare for a quad race since the track is always in perfect shape for us.Lets show the owner how much we appreciate his hard work on the track and have another great rider turn out.

The South Eastern Quad Series moves to Warrior, Alabama on May 20 for a saturday night race under the lights.Warrior Mx is considered to be the home track to alot of our riders,probably because the track crew is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure the quad riders are pleased with the track.The track test the ability of the riders and there machine as you go though rytheme sections , high speed turns and doubles. The dirt at warrior is loomey during practice , but by the start of the first moto it is usually blue grooved. This race will also be the second annual Jason Standridge memorial race. The SeQuads staff hopes that everyone will make an effort to attend this race to honor Jasons memory.

This will be our second race on this track.Last year Bremen produced our largest rider turn out of the year ,and we hope to have a repeat of that this time. The Southeastern Quad Series will be back in action on April 22. Round 6 will be a Saturday night race under the lights at Mill Creek Mx. Mill Creek Mx located in Pell City, Alabama. This Technical track is 0.65 tenths of a mile. Mill Creek is safe for inexperienced rider, but is exciting and entertaining for expert riders as well. With tight sharp turns and a variety of obstacles, this track has several table tops and doubles all of which are Quad friendly. For all of you speed freaks there are several high speed sections.
Mill Creek boasts one of the nicest facilities in the southeast. Level parking, bike washes, and stadium style seating that offers an excellent view of the track from all directions. This will be the first SEQUADS race at Mill Creek MX so lets all come out and show Mill Creek What Quad Racing is all about.

The SEQuads series continues this weekend as we travel to Double X motocross park in Clanton, Alabama.The track is built for every type of rider from a beginner to an expert.Here we go on a lap around the track.From the gates you have a 75 yard up hill start into an s turn. Down a hill into a sharp right turn,over a small table top into a six pack( 3 doubles) then on to a 60 ft double, from there you go into an off camber right turn into a staight away that ends in a left turn.Out of the turn there is two doubles followed by a high speed table top,down a straight away into a off camber right turn.Down the hill into a sharp right turn,back up the hill and a left turn. Out of the turn is a 105ft triple and a small step up into a left turn,then the finish line jump.From there you go into a right turn back up the hill by the starting gates.

The hole shot is around 40 yards with a off-camber left turn with a slight right turn back on the track and up a hill with a small ski jump followed by a 90 degree left turn around a oak tree with a scrub jump down the hill 40 yard run into a right turn followed by a supercross section. Most of the good MX riders double, double, and triple out. Their has never been a quad on our track so I don't know what you all will do with this section. Right turn after this with a up hill sprint with a speed jump into a right handler with a double, double, down hill followed by a left turn and back up hill, slight right hander and then left, followed by a small double, small double, small tabletop through the woods and turn back to the right landing, followed by a right off camber and a scrub to a left turn and a bigger double, down hill sprint onto a left scrub jump into a whoop section before a big table top, another table top(checker flag jump), right turn onto straight away going in front of starting gate and through a ditch into right turn in sand section, it left turns into a 90 foot up hill triple with a left turn in heavy sand back down hill with double, double, right turn in sand to two ski jumps and left hand turn into huge sand whoops followed by double out of a curve with a long straight away back up hill to where you came on the track at holeshot. Track is 1.3 miles long and will make a man out of you to ride it. The track has black soil, clay, and also sand like racing in Florida and Texas.

On sunday March 5th Chandler Mountain will host round 3 of the 2006 SEQuads Series. For everyone that would like to get some extra practice in, the track will be open on saturday before the race. Chandler mountain is an outdoor motocross style track with a sandy surface. The track is extremly fast paced and has high speed banked turns, long straight aways, and several jumps.
I know the weather has been an issue for the past two rounds but the tracks have been in perfect condition both times. If weather is an issue the SEQuads Staff will post updates the night before the race. I hope everyone can come out to race with us. For more information and directions, click here.
